anyway, your comment in my employment letter post is very englightening. i think i need someone to enlighten me more on labour law. but there are 2 problem:
1) the local labour law doesnt really protect us much. top that with ppl who handle our law... i.e. our malaysian govt dept... what do you get?
2) you know we malaysians, do u think we dare go against the management? no way!! we feel so small about ourselves. we feel we are nothing and we need the job bla bla bla...
sigh...
